Tantra is Sanskrit for loop or weave or woven together. Tantra uses all aspects of Ayurveda since it came from Ayurveda. Tantra often uses an opening ritual, mantra, breathing techniques, and specific roles for the giver (Massager) and receiver (one who is receiving the massage).
